Facilitated by Suzanne Roberts, Integrative Bodyworker & Energy Healer
Extensive research conducted over the past 30 years has demonstrated many significant wellness improvements from mindfulness practice, including stress reduction, weight control, pain management, and more. Mindfulness has enabled many people to lead happier, healthier, more productive lives.
Mindfulness is no longer “alternative” care. A fast-growing and extensive body of scientific research shows that mindfulness practice makes people healthier, which improves their productivity at work, medical costs, and quality of life.
Hundreds of studies have shown mindfulness to be effective in reducing stress, and in moderating stress-related behaviors that such as smoking, overeating, and self-medicating that lead to costly health problems.
