We have launched “My Receptionist” in hopes of making booking your appointment easier

If you choose to call the MTC instead of using our online booking system, you may be greeted by a receptionist from a new service we are trying called My Receptionist.

We know it can be quite frustrating to call and get the voicemail and then play phone tag trying to get an appointment booked.  Therefore, we are doing a test for a few months to see if this makes booking appointments more efficient.

We encourage you to try using our online booking program but please feel free to call 508-384-3436 if you prefer.


Any feedback you have on the experience with them would be greatly appreciated. Length of call, friendliness of receptionist and any other feedback you may have is welcome.
